lofthome.ch has significantly increased its real estate sales in the 3rd quarter 2007. The demand for real estates and properties in the metropolitan areas of Zurich and Zug continued on a high level. Also we reporte high demand for real esteates in the cantons of Lucerne and Argovie.

As per end of september 2007, lofthome.ch managed a real estate sales portfolio of over million swiss francs. A third of the sales have been settled with foreign nationals with residence in Switzerland. This proportion is even distinctive higher in the segment of very luxury properties.

Forecast
For the next months we count with a continuously high demand for properties with excellent qualities. However, price advances may slow down a little because of the high number of proprietary build during the last two years.
