Short description - Loft-Projekt Seetal
We plan a convertion from an old fabric house into real lofts. In the Seetal close to the borderline of the Cantons Lucerne and Aargau and the lake we will renovate the fabric house which was build in 1907. The lofts will provide a living space between 126 and 276 m2 with room heights from 4 to 5 meters. Buyers can choose the interior design on their own or together with our architect. The lofts will be sold in bare brickwork condition including floor heating, inside separation walls, heat and noise insulation and rearrangement from the outsice space. Two carports with an integrated storage room will be available per loft unit.
Possible usage
The lofts can be used for living, combined living and work our for art ateliers, a doctor’s practice or office space (still work only).
